Yes, the facilities are in need of urgent renovation; even the new cycle track surface is starting to look a bit shabby due to the grandstand roof leaking water on to it and marks left from autumn leaves, which were left to turn to mulch as no-one cleans up at the venue unless a special effort is made for an event.See the full content of this document
