Summary


The average cost of owning and running a property in the UK has fallen by six per cent over the past two years, largely due to cheaper mortgages, according to new research.

Between April, 2008 and April, 2010 the average annual cost associated with owning and running a home fell by Pounds 544 from Pounds 9,564 to Pounds 9,020.
