Summary
This debacle about MPs' allowances and second homes needs to be resolved - it's a plague on all political houses at a time when the Government needs to be focused upon the recovery from the economic recession.
But it is somewhat ironic that members of the Royal Family can rattle about in two palaces and a castle within marching distance of central London and still have surplus grace and favour accommodation for old retainers, while out-of-London MPs have to use the local estate agents to find suitable bricks and mortar.See the full content of this document
