APounds 500,000 overhaul of a vulnerable Grade II-listed building in Caistor Market Place is now under way and it will be a labour of love for the new owners who have the town close to their heart.

Hodson Architects and Mal Building Contractors have united for a long-term business partnership, which will see a bar/bistro and restaurant breathe new life into the Old Paper Shop and its substantial, but dilapidated living quarters.
