Summary
I READ there are now estimated to be more than 15 million potholes in Britain's roads.
As a motorist who pays the so-called road tax, (used for anything but roads it seems), I ask is it not time we started to take legal action caused by going into these potholes, some of which cannot be missed while driving? I recently had to have a second new spring to the front of my car this year after hitting a deep hole while parking (so not going at speed as I was in reverse).See the full content of this document
