Summary


The Humber Bridge Board will take money from taxpayers if it does not raise tolls - unless the Government steps in.

And if it fails to raise the tolls it will target taxpayers in North Lincolnshire, Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire. Taxpayers in North East Lincolnshire would escape any precept.
