NEW homes builder Stamford Homes has launched an initiative to help customers move with confidence to its Water's Edge development in Scunthorpe. The Secureplus incentive allows customers to apply for an exclusive 95 per cent mortgage through a High Street lender, with up to 20 per cent equity protection - and only pay a five per cent deposit.
