Scunthorpe and District Athletics Club members returned from the English Institute of Sport in Sheffield with a gold and silver medal from the Northern Athletics Senior and under-20 Indoor Championships.

Gold came courtesy of Josh Bones' victory in the triple jump, and silver in the 3,000m from Nicola Geddes, who has qualified for the European Indoor Trials, to be held at Sheffield on February 14 and 15.
