NORTH Lincolnshire Homes last year recorded an operating surplus of more than Pounds 9-million from a Pounds 29-million-plus turnover, the annual general meeting tomorrow will be told.

In the annual report, chairman Tony Lightfoot said: "We have now enjoyed a successful second year in which we have built on our foundations and continued to make great strides in our drive for better homes and stronger communities."
