I HAVE been meaning to write for some time to congratulate the parks department of North Lincolnshire Council on the magnificent show of flowers and foliage in all the beds around the authority.
The display in Central Park, particularly along Ashby Road is, I think, spectacular. The person or persons who designed the flower beds has an outstanding eye for colour and shape.See the full content of this document
