At a ceremony at the headquarters of the Institution of Civil Engineers in London it received special mention in the Historic Bridge and Infrastructure Awards 2008. This was for its work on the Forth Road Bridge for a 'thoroughly researched, extremely well planned and sensitively delivered project'.
