Townsfolk united for a memorable ceremony where the remains of 3,000 people were rededicated in an 11th century church.

Skeletons, which date from the Anglo Saxon period up to the mid- 19th century, were unearthed at St Peter's Church, Barton-Upon- Humber, between 1978 and 1984, during excavations to shed light on their origins.
